Social Intelligence lets you research the whole TikTok Shop landscape — competing brands, their products, and the creators promoting them — so you can act on what's already working.

What you can research

  • Brands — competitors and their performance.
  • Products — what's selling in your category.
  • Creators — the creators driving other brands' sales.
  • Top Hooks & Top Selling Points — the opening lines and product claims from top-performing videos, great fodder for your briefs.

Share of GMV

Open a brand or product and look under Trends. The fourth tile, Share of GMV, splits the date range's GMV into Videos, LIVEs and Product card (orders placed straight from the listing): a donut with the total in the middle, each source's share and amount beside it, and below those how many LIVE sessions ran and how many units sold through LIVEs and the product card. Hover a slice for the exact figure.

If the tile reads "not available for this range yet", the daily source data for those days hasn't landed; the GMV tile beside it is unaffected.

Save competitors' creators to a list

  • Find a brand or product that's performing.
  • See the creators behind it and the hooks that work.
  • Click Save List (the dialog is titled Save Creators) to copy those creators into a list — a Scale-plan feature — then launch outreach from that list. It copies creator handles into your CRM; it doesn't take the brand's data. (This action was formerly called "Steal.")
  • The same dialog has a Download CSV tab if you'd rather export the creators than save them. Either way, you can save or export up to 10,000 creators at a time. See Social Intelligence: Overview for the full steps and filters.

Social Intelligence has regional coverage — make sure you're viewing the market that matches your shop.
